Personal training. In-depth expertise.
At a time when medical training often takes place in large event formats, we want to create a conscious alternative: With The Uniq Aesthetic Circle, we invite plastic and aesthetic surgeons to intensively exchange ideas and further their training in a small, personal and exclusive circle – beyond the classic frontal teaching.
Our training courses take place at the Uniq Institute, which is directly integrated into the historic Bensberg Castle.
The ambience is quiet, stylish, and characterized by discretion. The group size is deliberately limited to a maximum of 20 participants to facilitate a truly collegial exchange on equal terms.
What sets us apart:
Thematic in-depth study of selected areas of plastic and aesthetic facial surgery
Internationally highly renowned and experienced speakers
Live or near to live operations
Adaptation to the participants’ level of knowledge – own topic requests are welcome
Dialogue-oriented knowledge transfer instead of lecture series
Exclusive evenings together in a small group – whether at the bar or with a culinary delight Networking dinner in the 2-star restaurant Vendôme
We believe that learning is most effective where people meet with mutual respect, curiosity and a passion for quality.
The Uniq Aesthetic Circle does not see itself as a classic academy, but as an invitation to a circle to further educate oneself in a trusting atmosphere, to share experiences –
and to grow together in quality and depth in aesthetic-surgical work.

Two perspectives -
A common claim
Dr. Dirk Richter was chief physician for plastic and aesthetic surgery in Wesseling for over two decades and is internationally renowned for his specialization in facial surgery, particularly in aesthetic and reconstructive eyelid surgery.
As Past President of ISAPS, President-elect of DGPRÄC, author of specialist books and co-founder of the SOS Symposium for Live Surgery in Complications, he brings clinical depth and international experience to the format.
Dr. Maria Wiedner, MD, has held leading positions at renowned clinics for many years and is an internationally respected expert in plastic and aesthetic surgery. As the long-time head of the ISAPS Fellowship Committee, she has guided hundreds of young specialists on their journey and understands the importance of continuing education and training. Her experience with one-on-one support, international exchange, and confidential knowledge transfer play a key role in shaping the Circle's DNA.
Together they have created The Uniq Aesthetic Circle as a new format – for experienced colleagues who want to deepen their expertise, exchange perspectives and find inspiration beyond traditional conferences.
